Life is full with

Ups and downs,

We all are busy,

To plan future and 

Remembering the past,

Memory crowns.

In this rat race,

We all missed,

"The present"

Moment in our hand.

So be present,

To this very moment,

And do your best,

With full bliss

And gratitude.

Heart and Mind

Breathe compassion, 

With love. 

Be grateful for

Every tiny privilege, 

You have,from

Deep of your 

Mighty heart. 

Drip noble thought, 

In beautiful mind, 

Make it creative, 

Always be kind. 

Loneliness to Solitude

A point of time,

In my life,

I feel that,

People do not ,

Understand me,

Even my close ones,

Gradually this leads to me,

The highway of loneliness,

With grief full heart,

And thought flooded mind,

One day I decide to change,

And start practice,

To be grateful about,

Every bit of goodness,

Which already exists,

In my life,

Miracle happen,

And this practice,

Become elixir for me,

Now I left,

The highway,

Of loneliness,

And now,

Moving forward ,

On express way,

Of solitude...

Mother Earth

 If our mother earth,

Were the painting,

Then think who might

Painted it,

Have you ever wondered?

What we need to feel this

Vibrant art?

It's simple,

 Mighty heart,

And 

 Beautiful mind.

I hope one day...

I hope one day, 

Dark cloud of uncertainty, 

Leave the bluish sky, 

We shall again enjoy, 

Life of normalcy. 

Like lightning and thundering, 

It fears all of us, 

To bow down, 

We all must wear, 

Firm will-power gown,

Helping and cheering, 

To each other, 

We all overcome,
