Life is full with

Ups and downs,

We all are busy,

To plan future and 

Remembering the past,

Memory crowns.

In this rat race,

We all missed,

"The present"

Moment in our hand.

So be present,

Loneliness to Solitude

A point of time,

In my life,

I feel that,

People do not ,

Understand me,

Even my close ones,

Gradually this leads to me,

The highway of loneliness,

With grief full heart,

And thought flooded mind,

One day I decide to change,

And start practice,

To be grateful about,

Every bit of goodness,

Which already exists,

In my life,

Miracle happen,

And this practice,

Become elixir for me,

Now I left,

The highway,

Of loneliness,

And now,

Moving forward ,

On express way,

Of solitude...
